As Operations Manager within this newly formed ASSA ABLOY Group company, you will find yourself in a leading role, being responsible for the service to our customers and the administration of the company. Your daily tasks will include everything from contact with customers, project management and procurement, to Quality Assurance, Service Level Agreements, invoicing, reports and follow up. Customer service and delivery is your and your team's main objective.
You will report to the General Manager and be based in Stockholm. Travel will be a natural part of this role, initially within Scandinavia and in the future also globally.
About you
We see you as an experienced and result oriented leader, with the ability to work both operationally and strategically. You have a team oriented and practical approach towards challenges and business development, and you have probably already been part of building an organization, with everything that entails.
We also think you have a technical interest, and a degree that will support your profession.
You are of course able to express yourself without limitations in both written and spoken English, this being our corporate language.
In this small team it is important that everyone is willing and able to take on any task, small and large, especially at this initial stage, to develop the business further together.
The company is a new start-up within the ASSA ABLOY Group, with the ambition to support a safe, secure and efficient supply chain enabling on time delivery, from warehouse pickup to final delivery point.
