A vital part of the role is to provide management with valuable support and insight through ownership and analysis of internal practices and operations as well as ensuring that management decisions are converted to presentable materials. You will be involved in sales / CRM management, resource management and budget / financial analysis. You will be expected to apply your business and management acumen as well as your outstanding communication skills as part of your daily work.
The responsibilities within the role are threefold;
Operations Management
• Owns, monitors and administrates operational processes in BearingPoint Sweden, mainly related to sales and projects.
• Has the primary responsibility for the preparation and implementation of content and materials for monthly office meetings and quarterly leadership forums. Provides necessary information for analysis/decision.
• Works closely with and supports the local partner team and acts as the link between administration and management, converts management decisions into presentable materials.
• Assist in budgeting process, keeps track of costs and does monthly analysis of the entire P & L, keeps records and collects monthly forecasts from all projects.
Resource Management
• Owns the local resource management process and is responsible for maintaining and adopting as needed.
• Coordinates all resource requests locally and is the contact point for all resource-related inquiries.
• Leads the weekly staffing meetings, prepares and sends out utilization reports. Is part of the Nordic and Global Resource Management Network.
Profile
We believe that the successful candidate has a university degree within economics or finance or has gained comparable knowledge through work experience. Experience from working with financial analysis, presentation materials and management support is a requirement. The tasks require high proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate communicates convincingly in English and Swedish.

• An eye for detail; the ability to identify the small details that ads additional value to any analysis, process or presentation.
• Extraordiniary communication skills: the ability to translate difficult and complex management decisions into understandable messages and communication material.
• Business acumen; strong interest and understanding of how to support business growth through internal processes.
