As Operations Manager at H&M Studios, you will lead operational teams and processes, have the overall responsibility to secure our planning as well as overall responsibility of development of our business and operations. You will have 6 direct reports where 4 of them are Group Managers with teams, and you will have the responsibility to lead, build and develop your teams. You will report to Head of H&M Studios and be a key player in the H&M Studios management team.
H&M Studios is a creative house producing fashion content for H&M's full assortment globally, such as model images, product images and video assets, mainly for HM.com but also for performance channels, SOME, in store communication and DOOH and OOH.
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing all operations of H&M Studios including processes, tech, facilities and operational support - to succeed with our mission and extended scope.
Lead the overall development priorities and track progress to succeed with our mission, objectives and contribution to the brand plan.
Secure prioritization, progress and tech dependencies in value streams to implement improved and future operational processes for H&M Studios.
Support in balancing customer group vs totality of H&M Studios in terms of processes and priorities.
Secure the overall planning processes and prioritization for H&M Studios total operations.
Qualifications
To be a successful Operations Manager, we believe that you are an experienced leader with proven track record of driving development and or operational improvements and teams. You have the ability to lead different types of roles, competencies and personalities. By being humble and having great communication skills, you get your teams and stakeholders onboard. In addition, you are very skilled in creating plans to take teams from A to B, build business cases and get people working toward the desired state.
What you need to succeed:
Great change management skills and stakeholder management.
Previous experience from and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
Strong executional skills, high capacity and consistent high-level output.
A strategic mindset connecting the dots and knows what makes the biggest difference.
Strong decision-making skills.
