To succeed in this role, we believe you have knowledge of:
• Experience from a similar position, with at least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, organizational development, finance, retail, or related field in an international environment
• Experience working in supplier management processes and management of Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Concepts
• Experience in working in different systems and procurement tools like SAP Ariba, S4Hana, or SAP R3
• A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or corresponding is a plus.

Your Responsibilities
You build and maintain trustworthy relations in close collaboration towards relevant stakeholders, group functions, CoE, Digital, GBO, and procurement categories/countries with a focus on procurement operations throughout the procurement processes. You strive to ensure a user-friendly procurement experience as well as that daily operations processes and ways of working run smoothly and are continuously improved.
You will:
• Implement capabilities for procurement operations at Ingka, including follow-up and follow-through, to ensure performance, set goals are met and learnings are captured
• Make sure that procurement operations are sustainable and efficient
• Have ownership of procurement operations guidelines, processes, and tools
