Hyundai Mobis Parts Europe, headquartered in Frankfurt, which is part of the Hyundai Motor Group is responsible for the distribution of spare parts and accessories for KIA and Hyundai in Europe. We have branches in Belgium, Germany, England, Spain, Italy, Hungary and Sweden. From Sweden, we offer services to approximately 700 retailers in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Our warehouse is located in Jönköping and sales office in Upplands Väsby.
We are now looking for a coordinator/controller for Operations in Jönköping. You will be part of a team of 15 co-workers managing transportation, warehouse/logistics, distribution, claims, customer support, inventory management and IT.
You will be responsible for the overall analyze and reporting of the performance and coordinating information flow between MOBIS entities around the world, Stockholm Sales & Marketing office, and local departments.
You will work with complex data from multiple sources, combining and creating reports for management analyzes. Coordinating improvement activities and communicating internally and externally. English is the everyday language in all communications.
The work tasks require good analytical skills and a willingness to solve all tasks in an efficient and responsible manner. You are collaborative and communicative.
If you are detail oriented, flexible and prefers a work situation that place high demands on multitasking and structure you will enjoy working here. You like to network with new people and you feel secure and comfortable in both physical and virtual meetings. You are fluent in English, in both speech and writing and have very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
We expect you to have at least a secondary education and some years of professional experience. Education and /or work experience in logistics/inventory management is an advantage, as well as Korean speaking/writing. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with SAP and/or other major ERP systems. Driving license is required.
