At Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions and our Financial Control department, we're now looking for an Operational Transfer Pricing Controller to join us in the mission to align transfer pricing requirements with commercial goals - promoting compliance, reducing complexity, and delivering strategic insights to ensure better business decisions. Shortly about the department
We provide world-class financial support - both on site and worldwide. Our Transfer Price function plays a key role in our organization as we set the prices for cross-border transactions according to established intercompany pricing policies and procedures. We manage transfer pricing data, processes and governance using technology.
About the job
In this position, you set the foundation for the yearly transfer pricing lifecycle at both Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions (SMR) and Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP) and are part of covering different transactions regarding goods, services, intangible assets, and financial transactions between related companies. You execute transfer pricing calculations for defined flows, perform process training and provide support in tax audits.
To ensure compliance with tax procedures and policies, you conduct investigations, analysis, and monthly reconciliation of transfer pricing-related accounts. You're accountable for developing our transfer pricing tools and are part of related projects in the organization. We're in the middle of implementing SAP Profitability and Performance Management tool as our solution managing the transfer pricing process. Additionally, with our strong growth agenda, your job also includes M&A processes and integration of acquired companies.
The location for this position is World Trade Center in Stockholm and we offer a hybrid work setup with a mix of office and remote work.
About you

For this position, we're looking for someone with a master's degree in business administration, combined with a few years' experience from a similar role. You're well acquainted with Excel and systems like QlikView or Power BI. Any experience from our consolidation system OneStream and SAP Profitability and Performance Management tool is an advantage. Acting in a global setting calls for excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
