If you can answer all these questions in the affirmative, we invite you to become part of TCS' as our Onsite Support Engineer. In this role you will play a key role as the front person for one of our exciting customers located in Örebro.

Key responsibilities;

Deliver IT-support onsite, by phone and mail to Business Services IT's customers.
Troubleshooting and installation of laptop and desktop PC hardware, desktop software, office suite, desk and cell phone, and printer problems for our customer.
Administrate, collect/compile information and solve incidents assigned by the IT service desk.
Support customers with various IT services within the areas; Hardware, Microsoft, Lotus Notes, ERP-system, PC, Server, LAN, WAN and several client specific systems.
Supporting connectivity and light networking issues, including moves/add/changes for cabling and computers.
Contribute to continuous improvements as implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency.
Keep documentation up to date and accurate.
Represent the onsite support team in internal projects, in contact with internal customers and external suppliers.
Travel to different locations will be required from time to time.

Your Key Skills:

You have relevant experience in working with Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7/10, Lotus Notes, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Antivirus, Office 365
You have great communication skills, both written and oral, in Swedish and English.

As a person you are a problem solver. You are client facing and assertive with great team leading/team member skills. You have no issues Working against stiff deadlines. You are supportive by nature and thrive in a multicultural environment.

Previous experience from a multicultural offshore/onsite environment is a plus
