We're now looking for our next star in paid online marketing, primarily focusing on advertising on facebook and Instagram.
As a person you should be highly motivated, ambitious, detail oriented and energetic with strong analytical skills. You are really passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce and social medias. You shall have a strong business mindset, being a real "doer" and a efficient multitasker and in the same time working strategically and having strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for our paid marketing in social medias in multiple markets over the world. You will work closely together with our design, social media and marketing teams as well as third party companies in the field.
As a online marketing manager in social media you will own and execute paid social media campaigns in facebook and instagram and reporting its performance to our CMO. This role requires paid social marketing experience to develop strategies and implement paid media campaigns . This role is a key component in our overall success of the e-commerce.
We are looking for you who are very driven and talented with a proven track record from similar positions. It 's very qualifying if you have managed markets outside of Scandinavia hands on before with great results.
You will be based in our top renovated office in Norrkoping or Stockholm in a creative environment. We offer a key job within a company that's growing rapidly and where everyone gets along as a team.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for working across all social platforms to plan, implement, manage and optimize data-driven campaigns.
• Own every step of the campaign process including setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and delivery to make sure we pace according to budget and goals
• Provide analysis and insight on campaign performance
• Create ads using Smartly and other social media advertising platforms
• Coach junior staff
• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Develop paid social media marketing strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Collaborate with our marketing and design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Ensure brand consistency
Requirements
• Super talanted and driven with a proven track record in similar positions
• 1-3 years of experience in Facebook and paid social media advertising
• Deep understanding of social platforms (specifically Facebook), formats, targeting options, tracking tool, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills
• Thrives in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate environment
• Fluency in English
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
