Description
In the newly created role Online Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management and growth of our B2B e-Business platform for MRO materials (maintenance, repair and operating materials). The position will be based in Lund and belong to the global Business Development team within our Technical Service organisation.
In this role you will be working with a network of global and cluster Business Development managers/Business Developers and Cluster Process Drivers as well as together with internal and external partners and vendors.
We have a project running to implement a new eCommerce platform, and the Online Marketing manager will be a key resource in the project until the platform is handed over to the line organisation, and then take responsibility for the platform.
Your task will be to devise, develop and implement an appropriate online business strategy and constantly improve the Tetra Pak eCommerce site, with user friendliness and functionality in focus. In order to do so you will need to keep up to date with web technology and introduce additional functionality, to enhance the site. You will also, together with the respective markets, be responsible for the overall quality of the content displayed on the web site including categorisation, images, product information and commercial texts. Furthermore, you will work actively with analysing metrics and keep track of promotions and marketing campaigns to optimise our way of using the marketing possibilities of the web site.
Main responsibilities
• Ensure overall quality of the e-Business platform
• Drive online sales of the MRO material assortments
• Create awareness of Tetra Pak complete MRO material assortment among customers
• Optimise the use of e-Business as a marketing channel
• Lead the internal e-Business network
• Be responsible for the e-Business (parts) roadmap
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with several years of experience from eCommerce. Project Management experience is also seen as an advantage. Your educational background can vary but might be within Business Administration, Communication and/or Marketing. You have a strong personal drive and a commitment in driving and finalizing assigned tasks. You must be a strong communicator and you should understand the dynamics of stakeholder management. Finally you need to be a quick learner and collaborate easily with others.
Fluent English both verbally and in writing is a requirement and you can expect to travel approximately 10 % of your time.
