The Online Marketing Executive position is an exciting, challenging and influential role in VisitBritain Nordic operations. It involves the support of consumer marketing activity in Norway; to deliver the objectives of VisitBritain, and our stakeholders
The role is an important link between British travel products (destinations, hotels, venues and operators) and the Norwegian consumer.
Although previous experience is welcome, you may also have recently achieved a relevant qualification in marketing or communications. Either way, we are looking for someone with the following profile:
• Excellent communicator in Norwegian and English, especially written Norwegian.
• Experience and enjoyment of working online with electronic campaigns and solutions, or recent graduate of such disciplines.
• Self-starter; someone who can not only work to deliver projects but someone who is willing to think about the context of the work they are doing and bring their own creative ideas and solutions to tasks.
• An excellent manager of relationships and projects with both partners and customers. Someone who looks to go that extra bit further to ensure customer happiness.
• Higher education in marketing, communications or similar with an emphasis on new media, or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Knowledge of UK an advantage
• Responsiveness, attention to detail & flexibility
• Computer literate
• Strong team working orientation
