hela Sverige H&M Buying department is looking for an Online manager for the men's assortment. The role
As Online manager at the assortment you will be responsible for:
• Optimize and drive the division's assortment planning for online from a customer and sales perspective.
• Set and drive strategy for the online channel
• Lead and develop the online team
• Coordinate activities/campaigns between marketing, online and the Buying office.
• Constantly look for new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years documented experience within retail, e-commerce and /or Merchandising, preferable within an international fashion brand
• Experience from working in an international environment with sale focus.
• Experiences from successfully leading a bigger team, motivate, delegate and develop.
• You have a proven record and have successfully developed and managed the implementation of strategies and showed great results.
