Joinville is a Swedish online advertising agency and platform that manages online display campaigns for global and local brands and organizations. The company has worked on digital campaigns in over 40 countries and with brands such as L'Oreal, Volkswagen, Sony, MasterCard, BBC, McDonald's and many more.
Based in Stockholm, we are 5 people that work with the largest brands and platforms in online advertising and we need an intern eager to learn the skills and techniques in the fast-moving and exciting world of online advertising.
Due to explosive growth, Joinville is now looking for a professional to work as a dedicated Ad operations (Ad Ops) & Planning Specialist with a passion for advertising, customer service and online marketing.
The Ad ops and planning specialist at Joinville should be prepared to work in a small, fast-paced team environment, and will gain broad experience in various aspects of online marketing such as display, video, mobile and search advertising.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of display and search campaigns
• Assist/manage the daily optimization of campaigns
• Traffic client campaigns
• Perform analysis of campaign data
• Interact with Publisher network and partners
• Track and report campaign results to clients
• Provide support to Sales team
• Media planning for sales briefs
• Occasional content creation for company website or client campaigns
Requirements
• This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in Advertising and Online Media
• Excellent communication skills (phone, in person, email)
• Data-oriented
• MS Excel experience and technical programming knowledge (especially HTML and Javascript) is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position
• If you have worked in any kind of online marketing platform (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads etc) before this is also a bonus
• Experience from similar startup environments is also considered a plus.
We work on Macs but PC or Linux people are of course equally welcome.
Languages
English is our company language but if you speak any other language that's considered a plus (Chinese, Arabic, Polish, Turkish, Tagalog, German and Farsi are among our priorities).
