On behalf of one of our clients we are currently looking for a strong leader who thrive on change and is interested in optimising processes and structures to improve ways of working. The position is placed in Malmö. You will report to the CFO and be a part of the Finance leadership team.You will be responsible for creating a dynamic work environment where people continuously develop and contribute to our goals. You will interact with stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure efficiency of our processes, and lead with the company values in mind.Main ResponsibilitiesAs Head of Business Control you will be responsible for Budget and Forecast including planning, instructions, uploading, and coordination with local markets and central functions as well as monthly cut-off and year-end reporting. The role involves ad hoc reporting to Group, CFO and Cost center owners. You will work continuously on optimising and ensuring the efficiency of policy, guidelines and instructions within the business control area. You will also ensure that cost allocations are in line with SLA's and transfer pricing documentation and that accruals are made according to sound controlling standards. You will follow up and analyse financial (BS as well as PnL) and FTE development and prepare various ad hoc analyses. As Head of Business Control, you will also support a team of controllers and help the team develop and grow.Skills and Capabilities RequiredYou have an academic degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of senior experience in leading a team of highly competent and experienced controllers and specialists. You have 3-5 years of experience within the financial services, preferably within a relevant function, including experience with legal and regulatory issues and capital requirements. You are experienced in measuring and managing work. International experience is necessary.To succeed in this role, you need to be a strong leader with excellent skills in motivating and encouraging others. You are used to navigating in dynamic environments with various stakeholders. You have a strong sense of how to optimise processes and structures and you are not afraid to make necessary changes. Moreover, you have a strong mindset on model building and strong strategical and analytical skills as well as stakeholder management skills. You are action oriented and customer centric, with a business-oriented approach. You have a great decision-making skills and communication-skills, both written and verbal.
