hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2016-04-01Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be an important player in the OKG finance team (which currently consists of 11 persons) and be responsible for the business controlling tasks for one of the three units on site as well as other special tasks within the OKG finance team.
You will be responsible for Mid Term Planning process (budget process) at OKG, and you will also be responsible for financial databases at OKG. You will be the counterpart to key stakeholders at the unit. You will also be supporting the unit with financial information relevant for all kind of decision making, be a support to the team leader in the finance department with input in main financial processes as well as support the CFO and other key stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis (Quarterly/monthly closing, forecast, budget, investment appraisal process and ad-hoc analysis).
We expect you to challenge the unit in all financial matters and be the counterpart to the business controller at Sydkraft Nuclear Power (Malmö). In this role you will be participating in the development of business controlling at OKG - improving and making financial processes more efficient, continuous standardization of work and process and always focus on adding value to the business.
The position is based in Simpevarp(Oskarshamn).
Vem är du?
• University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of senior business controlling tasks.
• Experience from working in a larger international group where collaboration across functions and countries is a must for being successful in the daily work.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to drive performance and change.
• Strong ability to communicate your work and results to key stakeholders.
• Ability to handle work burden peaks during the year.
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English.
• Team player that easily can work and collaborate with colleagues within the own team, across departments and functions.
• Ability to find pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent Microsoft powerpoint and excel knowledge and good knowledge of Microsoft word and strong willingness to learn other business systems.
