Our client, a leading wind turbine manufacturer, is expanding their Swedish Office and is looking to recruit an Office Manager for their office in Västerås, Sweden. The Office Manager will be coordinating daily office activities as well as supporting the Swedish/Scandinavian team in under all marketing activities. Frequent communication will be held with the Head Office in Germany. The role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the green energy sector and work with a highly professional and ambitious team.
Responsibilities:
• General Administration responsibility for the Swedish Office
• Responsibility for specific marketing activities including trade
fairs and events
• Support in proposal process with proposal documentation
• Accounting support
• Sales administration
• Travel arrangements
• Team assistance
• Organizing customer events and meetings
Profile:
• Completed education in upper secondary school
• Flexible approach to broad responsibilities and work tasks
• Skills in MS Office and other commonly used software
including web tools
• Professional experience, attitude and integrity
• Structured and independent working manner
• Proactive, ambitious and solution oriented
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German or other
Scandinavian languages is an advantage
• Some years experience in a similar role is preffered
