In modern offices - at an innovative company located in the heart of Stockholm - We are now seeking an Office Manager on behalf of our customer. This is an opportunity where the right candidate has the chance to influence, shape, and develop both themselves and the workplace!

About the workplace & the role

Our customer is an international company with multiple offices around the world. With a history spanning over 30 years, they deliver technical solutions with a focus on financial services to clients in the finance industry.

However, for this role, we do not require someone with deep-rooted and advanced knowledge of the Fintech industry. Instead, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager who is an expert in everything related to ensuring an office functions ' well: from important social responsibilities to negotiating sales offers, to being a point of contact both internally and externally. Your immediate supervisor is based in London, and daily communication in the office is conducted in English. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable expressing yourself both in writing and orally in the language.

Description of responsibilities

The position entails overall responsibility for the operation of the Stockholm office, including:

• Planning and budgeting for events

• Handling mail responsibilities

• Responsible for access control systems

• Front of house duties with significant social responsibility for both colleagues and guests

• Point of contact for subcontractors and partners

• Improving and developing work routines

You will have a significant administrative responsibility but also play a role as a colleague with a leading social role. Given the broad network of contacts this position involves, we believe that the right candidate has strong social skills and a flexible approach to their work. The administrative aspect of the role further requires a solution-oriented person who is detail-oriented and organized.

We believe that you:

• Have at least two years of experience in a similar role

• Are fluent in both written and spoken English

• Have good knowledge of the Office 365-package

• Are social and communicative

Working hours: 09:00-17:00
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Recruitment and employment through Office Management FM, but you will work as a consultant at the customer's site.
