<p>Just Arrived is now recruiting on behalf of Polarcape consulting one person who wants to be the customer service face and make sure their offices look nice, has all the materials needed, and that both employees and visitors recieve the best service! As an office assistant at Polarcape consulting, you have a great responsibility to ensure that the office is in order and that everyone who enters the office gets the best experience possible! You will need positive energy and a sense of fun. This is a busy, vibrant, ambitious, and successful agency.</p>

<p>This is a consultancy assignment via Just Arrived, which means that you will be employed by Just Arrived and work as a consultant at Polarcape consulting. The position is part-time for 6 months, but after this there are good chances of an extension.</p>

<p><strong>Work Description</strong> <br />
The working hours are Monday-Thursday 13.00-16.15, and Fridays 13.00-16.00. Fridays may end at 20:00 as Polarcape usually holds events at the end of the week. It is therefore important that you are flexible! The role has variying job assignments and gives you the opportunity to be creative while taking a lot of responsibility. You will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Book meetings, parties and trips</li>
<li>Work closely with the Finance & HR Administrator</li>
<li>Responsible for orders and purchases to the office regarding telephony, office supplies, kitchens, cleaning materials, etc.</li>
<li>Receive guests to the office, responsible for reception</li>
<li>Keep order in kitchens, meeting rooms and other office areas. Answer in exchange phone</li>
<li>Prepare mail and parcel handling</li>
<li>Shop lunches, breakfast and coffee</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Who are we looking for?</strong> <br />
In terms of qualifications, it is important that you can communicate in English fluently. Speaking Swedish is an advantage but not a requirment. In addition to this, it is important that you are the right person, with the right attitude. But the following experiences and competencies can be meritorious. We are looking for you who are social with a very good sense of service. In addition, you must be careful, structured, organized and positive with an "I'll do" mentality. Most importantly, you as a person really like helping others and have the ability to take initiatives and fix things. Service awareness is therefore another important feature that we are looking for. It's important that you always greet everyone you meet with a smile on your face and a positive attitude!</p>
