Offer Manager

The Customer Value team within Customer Offer Management is currently looking for a motivated, competent and high-performing colleague to be responsible for offer packaging and related customer insights.

You are responsible for packaging our products and services into attractive customer offers with high customer value. You work as project leader with the different functions on identifying business potentials, both in the project phase and in the existing tool box. You have a close connection to the sales team to quickly react on needs and potentials.

You perform analysis on wide variety of data to uncover trends, get to know our customers and their perception of value. You search for innovative methods and techniques that will help us to generate the key insights that matter and that enables the business to get closer to the customer. You proactively share the powerful market and consumer understanding with the organization. You advice management on the best courses of action which will lead to a better customer experience, better commercial offer and to higher profits.

The position is based in Gothenburg, with a global responsibility.

Responsibilities and tasks

- Develop the offer strategy for the complete customer facing offer, including services and products.
- Package our products and services into attractive offers, based on the tool box delivered by different functions.
- Perform market and customer analysis to identify customer value and business opportunities.

- Passion for consumers - you have a genuine interest in understanding what makes consumers tick, bringing those insights to life in an impactful way and delivering actionable insight
- Communication skills - excellent communication and active listening skills is essential for our cross functional way of working
- Project management skills - you're organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within timeframe.
- Analytical - you should have prior experience of how to translate complex multi-source information (market research, consumer data analytics) into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
- Result driven - you take ownership of your responsibilities and use your drive and flexibility to reach the targets.
- High pressure - you don't get easily stressed by pressure, on the contrary, a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energized.
- You're curios, positive & enthusiastic - and like to have fun at work.
- B.Sc. Marketing or similar experience.
- Experience from commercial strategy and portfolio management of complex consumer products and service offers in non-automotive industries.
