Work closely with country managers to develop market insight and media intelligence to inform strategic and creative concept development.
Manage and direct flow of international creative work through Oatly's in-house and external advertising and PR agencies.
Actively contribute to the creative development of ideas and campaigns.
In this role you will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and be located in Malmö, Sweden.
You will be expected to travel extensively.
Competencies required:
Director level strategic and creative experience.
Proven, documented track record for developing campaigns for consumer packaged goods brands, both on a local level and on a global scale.
Proven, documented track record of developing business through your work.
Creative background with senior conceptual and English copywriting ability.
A sense of humor.
The ability to care about the planet and the people who live here.
