About the role
We are seeking a dynamic new colleague to join our team as a Junior Capacity Planning Engineer for Digital Schedule Planning Systems. In this role, you will support with guidance to clients on a conceptual level and collaborate with them to identify new requirements for the ongoing development of our software product. Serving as the interface between existing standard solutions and the unique needs of our clients, you play an important role in ensuring a continuous adaptation of our products to the market.
The International Project Team, primarily based in Germany and Sweden, is dedicated to the ongoing refinement of our software through a constant evolution aligned with market demands. As a key liaison between the customer and our development team, you will act as a pivotal link, translating requirements into modified solution descriptions for the further enhancement of software functionalities.
To be successful in this position you need to
* have gained initial experience in the consulting field, demonstrating your professional interaction with clients, or you possess a strong interest in acquiring this skill
* possess strong communication skills and enjoy looking beyond the immediate scope of tasks
* hold a university degree in computer science, railway engineering, or other engineering-related disciplines with a business-related component
* take ownership and drive your own agenda at work with a flexible and agile mindset
* are prepared for occasional travel
* have proficiency in both Swedish and English
