hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Johnson Matthey Aktiebolag i Göteborg The primary role of the NPI Project Lead is to project manage to completion new product introductions (NPI) leading to the successful validation and start of production (SOP) of catalyst systems that meet the required performance, quality standards, and customer timings and requirements in the manufacturing plants.
Identify key challenges and implement timely actions to achieve the desired output for all NPI projects and manage using project management tools, processes and systems.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the NPI process and the Catalyst Development and Introduction system, or other systems used to manage projects.
Required experience
Previous experience in autocatalyst manufacturing is required
University degree in chemical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, ability to pay close attention to detail.
To provide a highly professional approach; building positive relationships with colleagues and Customers, looking for opportunities to add value.
Significant project management and coordination experience.
Proficiency in the analysis and interpretation of data
Proven IT skills using software packages e.g Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Proven ability to present information to diverse audiences.
