This is why Klarna's merchant support is growing rapidly with over 50 000 international merchants to care for. We've built an all-star international merchant support team and are now looking for an dedicated and ambitious Norwegian speaking Merchant Support Advisor to join Team Norway.
Merchant Support's primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna's e-stores (merchants) using our payment services. As a Merchant Support Advisor you will provide our Norwegian merchants in Norway with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. We strive to give our merchants world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.

We expect you to be fluent in Norwegian and English - both written and spoken - and ideally you have additional language skills as well.
