* Define and execute PG marketing & sales strategic plan in and with the territory to ensure orders growth. Take lead and ownership of the growth initiatives within the territory for PG Capacitors and Filters.

• Work with local sales units, BU Territory Manager (TM) and Global Product Marketing Manager (GPMM) to establish key KPI's to support business growth (order targets, portfolio and channel mix, inventory requirements to meet customer needs) and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance. Proactively anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial action.

• Support flexible sourcing as needed in order to meet customer requirements and business targets.

• Assign order intake targets and related objectives for the entire Capacitors & Filters portfolio in the territory. Drive and support local sales organizations to ensure achievement of the order targets in line with the agreed KPI's.

• Evaluate potential new and existing markets and their needs and ensure proactive marketing and sales approach with a focus on solutions to meet customer need.

• Oversee market, competitive analysis and market segment activities. Collect data and provide sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to territory markets and trends.

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Participate with and support the local sales organization in the negotiation of key contracts.

• Ensure (with TM and HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized and staffed. Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

• Stay close to the market and report changes in customer status that increase risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identify and support management of potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels within the territory.

To be suitable for this role you have a Degree in Marketing & Sales or/and Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in managing/doing business within energy sector, preferably with good knowledge about power quality (specifically LV, MV and HV Capacitors & Filters and Energy Storage), or equivalent through experience. In addition, you are fluent in English, written and spoken alike, whereas knowledge of other languages, is a plus.
