Based in our Nordics head office and reporting to the Nordics Revenue Manager, we are currently searching a Revenue Specialist / Field support whose mission is to improve the agents' position in the market by developing adequate promotions and by helping them to increase the number of new clients and the loyalty of the existing ones.
FUNCTIONS:
• Control and effectiveness of KPI's of Revenue in the Nordics
• Supporting sales and finance teams by providing analytical reporting and sales forecast
• Analyse trends/changes to transaction levels
• Report progress and achievements to line manager on a regular basis
• Give support to our sales team in the opening of new agencies while contacting them directly.
• Monitor and increase their production through the optimization of marketing activities and the handling of any administrative requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
• Experience in a similar role
• High level of English (Advanced/ Proficiency) and a Nordic language
• Advance user of MS Excel
• High analytical skills
• Goal oriented, assertiveness and stress resilience
• Adaptability and flexibility for working in a very fast environment
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a Money Transfers' company
• Advance knowledge of Automation's reports is a plus
• Strong knowledge/experience in sales departments
