On behalf of BlackRock Hays Sweden is recruiting a Nordics Marketing Associate. This a temporary employment for approximately 1 year, with good chances to extend or possibly convert to a permanent position. Location is in either Copenhagen or Stockholm.
Nordic Marketing is responsible for all marketing and communications activities in the Nordic and Baltic region with a focus on Sweden, Denmark and Finland, covering all business channels (Retail, iShares and Institutional). This involves working closely with the heads of the Nordic business channels and their sales teams (20+ people) based in our offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
The following areas are covered by Nordic Marketing:
• Strategy & Brand
• Client Marketing & Client Communications
• Event Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Nordic Marketing to deliver impactful marketing and communications programs as guided by the Nordic business objectives and be an integral part of the Nordic team.
• Help develop and implement co-marketing strategies with our trade partners. Support sales force with marketing activities, understand client relationship and client business models, help develop and implement marketing plans and programmes accordingly together with the Head of Nordic Marketing
• Develop promotions and sales support tools to help partners grow their business
• Embed BlackRock into partners? business as a preferred partner
• Close working relationship with sales force and central Marketing functions on a day to day basis
• Project management of local language Nordic websites-Project management of ad-hoc projects and translations as applicable
• Responsible for all organisational aspects and seamless execution of events including proprietary events and industry fairs
• Planning, co-ordination and execution of Nordic Marketing activities
• Frequent travel across the Nordic region
Searched profile:
• Highly customer focussed and willing to provide services to both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Organisational, analytical and project management skills
• Excellent proven execution skills
• Event management experience desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment, drive forward key initiatives and manage workflow on simultaneous projects
• Creative and self-motivated. Work collaboratively in a high performance team
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in and knowledge of asset management industry
• Excellent spoken and written English an a native Nordic language with preference for Finnish or Danish
• Degree in business studies, economics, communications or professional qualification and relevant professional experience in a related field or role
• Experience of working in Asset Management/Finance
• Experience of working in an international environment -Exchange Traded Fund (EFT) -knowledge
