As a Nordic Work Process Specialist you are responsible for the Nordic work process work with regard to both implementation, following up and reporting. The daily following up of updated work processes is, however, carried out by representatives in the respective region and country. You will report to the Sustainability manager at the Nordic level and be part of the Nordic activity. As a Nordic Work Process Specialist your work will primarily consist of implementing and developing joint work processes for the entire Nordic Region. Producing joint tools, routines and guidelines forms part of your work tasks. You shall also actively work with profiling the activity's security input to others in the organization.
You are someone who is driven, accurate and target-focused. You must be communicative and instructive as you will come to initiate, plan and conduct work process-related training for other personnel. You are a support for the rest of the business with regard to work process-related matters and legislative matters and will also carry out internal audits at both the Nordic and regional level.
Since the position is new, you have considerable opportunity to influence its contents. You will be able to develop your own projects that you will conduct yourself or together with others. The work also involves considerable development possibilities for you, both within the Nordic Region.
It is an advantage if you are employed by Skanska already and preferably at RDN. You possess relevant university education. The position will involve some travel but your work location can be in any of the Nordic countries.
