As Nordic Master Trainer, you will have the responsibility to lead and coordinate the training work of Samsung IM products; Mobile series, PC, Tab, Weareables (watches, headphones) from a Nordic perspective. This role performs an important function ensuring that external retail stores, call centers, ePromoters as well as internal Field Force are well trained about Samsung IM's products. This with the purpose to drive recommendation rate in our customers' stores and internal channels as well as create a positive impact on sell-out.
In the role as Master Trainer, you need to be a skilled influencer in order to adapt and implement the global strategy based on local circumstances. You will work closely with Product Management, Marketing functions as well as Sales teams. You are in charge of developing curricula and key messaging for product & sales training of Field Force and floor salespersons in stores. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop together with Product Management curricula and key messaging for product & sales training of floor salespersons with end user benefits in focus.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure customer messaging and branding is fully integrated into all Nordic product & sales training.
• Manage product trainings for new hires e.g., Field Force and Key Account Managers providing coaching and mentoring.
• Lead projects of Nordic training events incl. budget responsibility.
• Lead GTM processes and plans from a training perspective.
JOB SCOPE
• Together with Product Management, create product & sales training material and plan for F2F and online executions throughout all Nordic countries to support new product launches
• Project lead of Nordic training events from concept creation and budgeting to execution
• Follow up quarterly on Nordic education progress and reporting to appropriate stake holder(s)
• Educate Field Force, Samsung Support, ePromoters and other relevant stakeholders in the benefits of Samsung products
• To some extent, field travel to understand the floor salespersons needs and collect feedback on the product & sales trainings will be conducted

• No staff, but indirect lead local retail teams in order to execute
• Budget responsibility and follow-up responsibility
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Upper secondary school. Academic background or other higher education is an advantage, preferably with communications/marketing degree
• Good language skills; local language fluency and excellent English.
• Application/IT skilled with MS Office proficiency, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years Telecom industry or Consumer Electronics industry background
• Earlier experience of taking forth educational material
• Earlier experience in presenting to smaller and larger audiences, and understand how to convey information in a communicative way

• Strong presentation and communication skills and comfortable presenting

Placeringen är på Samsungs nordiska huvudkontor i Kista Science City.
