Our Nordic marketing department is seeking an enterprising Marketing Manager with organizing skills for our brand Sadolin.
You will be part of a dynamic team of enthusiastic colleagues with a strong strategic, analytical and creative foundation and help to build the most professional marketing department in Scandinavia. A wide range of internal and external contacts (advertising, media and analytical agencies, as well as local markets, and the innovation department) will place heavy demands on your social skills and your ability to cooperate. This is a job in a challenging and exciting environment where hard work is expected. Your reference will be to the Nordic Commercial Director and you will have a Nordic Brand Manager reporting directly to you plus one Nordic Product Manager will have dotted line to you.

Your main task, in corporation with you team is to continue the brand strategy, and marketing plans. Deliver world-class activities in each sales cycle in the "do-it-your-self-market" in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland). Launch new products and new concepts.
All in cooperation with our Nordic Innovation team, EMEA & Global colleagues and our local Activation Managers.
In corporation with the team and our Nordic Intelligence Manager, prioritize the marketing mix (pricing, packaging, media, distribution, design, consumer promotions, internal motivation, etc.) in order to reach our goals.
Monitor competitor products and behavior.
Optimize packaging design together with our packaging coordinators.
A&P budget responsibility.
Maintain/launch websites in the Nordic countries.
Participate in local sales meetings when needed.
Master of Science (MSc) in Business Economics/Marketing
Or equivalent. You have at least 5 year of working experience in a marketing function from a company working within FMCG products, retail or equivalent.
You are analytical, structured, but also creative and are able to keep many "tasks in the air at the same time".
As a person you are enterprising and outgoing. You work systematically and extremely analytically, and are able to remain focused in stressful situations. You are assertive, have good presentation skills and are a team player. You also have a good sense of humor and a natural interest in wood care, paint and colors.
You are fluent in English and have good understanding in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and possibly Finnish.
