hela Sverige NCC is currently recruiting a Nordic Manager for our HR IT unit within HR Services and Applications.
The role at NCC
Group Operations Development & IT is a Nordic organization with resources in four countries under joint management. Our objective is to deliver value to all of NCC, optimizing the benefits delivered to the business, as well as being innovative and progressive in our digital transformation. Main objectives are also to ensure that NCC's business areas will deliver expected value to our end customers.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities is to lead the Nordic application unit and with overall ownership and responsibility for efficient service delivery within the HR application service area. You will act as a Service Owner for the HR IT Services within NCC. Working with other service owners and clients within the business build and execute on detailed project plans. Understand and develop our business services, contribute with your knowledge and expertise to visualize strategies, roadmaps and develop our existing HR IT department, keeping up to date with technical developments.
• Responsible for the management, operations and delivery of defined services according to the service levels, agreed with the business.
• Plan, organize, lead and coordinate the efforts to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources
• Development of human, financial, and technical resources
Lead, inspire and develop your team located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland
Requirements
• Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience in the area of work
• Proven leadership skills from experience managing and mentoring a department leading a team of experts and communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy
• Knowledge and interest in application product architecture and technology
• Ability to exhibit client service approach with results-driven performance
• Experience of working with ITSM tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Location
Location for this position will preferably be in HQ Stockholm or Helsinki Finland. The position demands extended travelling to our Nordic countries.
