Coordinator Litigation

RESPONSIBLE FOR: All accounts transferred for Litigation, Fraud, Bankruptcy, or Bad debt

At the moment we are looking to increase our team of Nordic Credit team with a Litigation Coordinator. We are especially looking for you that are fluent in Swedish, Norweigan, Finnish or Danish; preferably more than one of these languages!

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for all outstanding balances with issues concerning Litigation, Fraud, bankruptcy or bad debt. In practise this involves preparing and maintaining complete files for 3rd party handling by Litigation agencies, receivers and/or lawyers.
* Responsible for Litigation calls done by outsource partner and make sure the quality of the process and the calls is at high level.
* Be a key contact and a Coordinator, in the real sense of the word, for the entire Collections team for all issues regarding Litigation. In this regard your work is complementary to the Primary Process of Collections and as such cooperating intensively within the Collections team is a must.
* Liaise with the Litigation agencies and Unamic about all relevant issues. As such also responsible for the processes and good communication between Dell and all external parties involved.
* Report on a weekly base to the Collections manager about attained results and major customer issues. This includes preparing weekly proposals for write-offs of bad debts, fraud and bankruptcy cases.
* Recommend short and long term plans and strategies for Litigation issues, within assigned projects.

COMPETENCIES
* Dealing with Ambiguity: Ability to organize and prioritise workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
* Excellent communication skills (written as well as verbally)
* Learning on the Fly: Eager to learn, flexible attitude and taking initiatives
* Command skills: capable of taking unpopular stands if necessary
* Business acumen: Being aware of internal and external customers needs. Has skills for negotiating with all parties to resolve issues.
* Identify opportunities to improve existing processes
* Financial Background (at least 3 year working experience in credit management/ finance field required)
* Working knowledge of financial systems
* Good knowledge of Excel and Access
* Preferably tri-lingual: English and two Nordic languages

INTERACTIONS
Liase with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care, Technical Support)
