What you 'll do:
You will be at the heart of the NIRA engineering team that makes ideas come alive in the exciting future of connected and autonomous vehicles. The work includes to:
• Scrutinize and model how vehicles and tires interact with the road and the surrounding environment
• Be innovative in how all the available signals and data from a vehicle can be used to create and improve products for intelligent safety
• Use your brilliant mind to develop signal processing algorithms to be implemented in MATLAB/SIMULINK or hand-written C-code
• Integrate your developed functionality on logging hardware to be used for vehicle testing and validation
• Deal with lots of problem solving. More specifically, finding creative solutions, everything from develop and tuning algorithms in fields where many have failed, to develop tools and fixing bugs.
• Meet vehicle manufacturers worldwide to demonstrate our innovations - live in the vehicle, not using PowerPoint...
