Hitachi Energy is seeking for NPI Project Managers - Supply Chain. This is a great opportunity to apply your passion for project management on the expansive domain of Supply chain management and Hitachi Energy

The role of the NPI Project Manager is to coordinate and lead multiple, new projects from initiation through to completion. The NPI project group coordinates all aspects of projects through product introduction (New, redesigned, 2nd source set up) before transferring to the Supply chain account management team for routine supply.
Your responsibilities
Develop, define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables for projects
Execute risk and issue management
Analyze project trade-offs and requests changes in scope, schedule and resources when needed
Communicate effectively to stakeholder as required to provide a clear understanding of project status, risks, and decisions
Lead a cross-functional team with resources needed to complete scope of project
Work in close collaboration with Product management, R&D, Strategic Supply chain, factory Operations team, Sales and Finance

Your background
Degree in business, operations, engineering with preferably 5 years relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to manage the supply chain management needs in NPI projects together with Electronic manufacturing services providers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities & proactively address business demands in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills and the demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects.
Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to align with department and company goals.
Proven track record to deliver results and achieve goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to create strong working relationships.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
