We are now looking for the right person to fill an open position as a

Network- VoIP Specialist in our IT-Operation team within IT department

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The IT Operation team is part of the Infrastructure & IT Operations Department. Our responsibility is to provide and maintain a secure, reliable and effective IT infrastructure and Support at Axis. We are working with everything from new infrastructure development and future IT technologies to maintenance of existing IT environments and support. The IT Department is working in close cooperation with other departments at HQ, sales offices and productions sites around the world. The other teams in IT Department are Infrastructure. Both teams work close together with focus on Axis needs regarding IT.

Axis is growing rapidly and it is now time to welcome another colleague to the IT Operation team.

As Network- VoIP Specialist, you will work with operation and maintenance of Axis IT infrastructure.
It can include working with regular maintenance such as system updates, system monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving. You will also work as second line support for our helpdesk.

As Network- VoIP Specialist, you will work both independently and together with your colleagues. You will work in a global environment and be in contact with both people and systems located all over the world.

There can also be an on-call duty in this position.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a technical degree or work experience in IT-operations and good knowledge of different kinds of IT environments. Good knowledge in written and spoken English and Swedish is mandatory.

We are looking for someone who is a team player but can also work independently. We believe you have a genuine interest in IT technology and are open, service minded and communicative. You're also a driven person that works in a structured way.

THE MAIN SKILLS WANTED ARE:

Experience with Cisco Unified Communications applications, including CallManager,

CallManager Express, Unity, Unity Connection

Provide voice infrastructure support & implementation for the Axis Cisco Contact Center Express environment

Work closely with business partners on telephony related projects and initiatives.

Update technical documents and procedures.

Troubleshooting common VoIP issues (identifying and correcting issues with endpoints, dial plans, profiles, etc.)

Supporting voice end-users, coordinating with Cisco TAC, and tier 1 (helpdesk)

Experience as a Linux System Administrator, maintain tickets by assigned status; updates/follow-up required
