Network Standards & Development Manager , Volvo Trucks International
Network Standards & Development manager is responsible for managing network strategy, service coverage, and dealer standards and for managing investment projects according to the established investment process in order to secure the investment plan of the region. He/she secures the right service density and network quality of both own and private dealers/partners in line with the VTC standards.
This position will report to Director Network Development.
Main activities and responsibilities
In this role, you will be:
Implementing and executing retail strategy and policy.
Planning, developing and implementing network structure
Supporting markets in new establishments and with the expending dealer & partner network throughout the region
Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management information
Establishing and implementing Qualitative requirements, DOS standard
Supporting markets in Retail investments and projects management (Dealer Facility standard, Signage, Mobile / on site solution)
Qualifications and critical competencies for the position
Minimum 3 year of experience of Aftersales business, experience network management.
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analyses
First class communication skills (writing and oral), in English.
Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications and supporting tools for driving the business
Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people and culture leadership
Project management experience is a plus.
