hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Axell Wireless AB i Sundbyberg To join Axell Wireless Network Services Support Team, based in Sundyberg, Stockholm ,in the survey, deployment, commissioning, maintenance ,repair and support of its RF Coverage solutions on a global basis.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting of HW and SW in RF Repeaters on site, including fiber optic installations.
Provide support to our customers on telephone support desk (rota) and by email.
Make commissioning and optimisation of Axell Repeater RF Coverage Solutions on a global basis
Maintain good relationship with customers.
Document all work.
Perform surveys and RF measurements on site
Working on RF in Road and Rail Tunnel Environment
Extensive overseas travel to carry out defined responsibilities
Essential Experience
Hands on experience in: installation, configuration of RF equipment, troubleshooting, maintenance
Expected to have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with RF instrumentation and tools.
Experienced in configuring software based Network Management systems
Knowledge in Mobile Wireless Communications GSM-R/GSM/UMTS/Tetra
Ability to speak and write in Swedish and English.
Good computer skills in word, excel, power point
Experience in working and travelling overseas
Advantageous Experience
Knowledge of RF Repeaters Systems.
Deployment of In Building RF Coverage solutions
Operation and Maintenance programs
Fiber optics
Experience in Railway communications and associated safety procedures
Skill Set / Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in RF technologies and Mobile Wireless Systems. Formal qualifications in RF ,Electronics and Wireless Technologies essential
Must be motivated, detail orientated, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
Ability to deal effectively with customers .Desire to provide the highest levels of service to clients.
Good problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to understand and analyze complex issues.
Ability to work under time pressure.
