The product portfolio extends from the volume produced repeaters to customerspecific system solutions. The products and solutions built on industry-leading technology such as software defined radio and digital pre-distortion to provide coverage in tunnels, buildings and sparsely populated areas.
Axell Wireless AB are now looking for a:
• ***** Network Services Engineer ******
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting of HW and SW in RF Repeaters on site, including fiber optic installations
• Provide support to our customers on telephone support desk
• Make global commissioning and optimisation of Axell Repeater RF Coverage Solutions
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Perform surveys and RF measurements on site
• Extensive overseas travel to carry out defined responsibilities including documentation of all work
Essential Experience
• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of RF equipment
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RF instrumentation and tools
• Configuring software based Network Management systems
• Knowledge in Mobile Wireless Communications GSM-R/GSM/UMTS/Tetra
Advantageous Experience of:
• RF Repeaters Systems and fiber optics
• Deployment of In Building RF Coverage solutions
• Operations and Maintenance programs
• Railway communications and associated safety procedures
Skill Set / Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in RF technologies and Mobile Wireless Systems.
• Formal qualifications in RF, Electronics and Wireless Technologies
• Motivated, detail orientated, organized and able to handle a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form in Swedish and English
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and to provide the highest levels of service
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Good problem solving and decision making skills as well as ability to understand and analyze complex issues
