What we are looking for
We are looking for a Network engineer. With the main goal to make sure our customers networks and user experience is optimized without compromising each other, you will be representingLexher with various customers. You will work in close collaboration with our team in Kista.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Network Engineer with technical consultant skills.
Your responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Provide first line support to company?s client.
Network monitoring and issue resolution.
Technical assistance to business units and clients.
Issue tracking.
What we want you to have
LAN and WAN (Implementation of L2, L3 Technologies)
• Network Monitoring, Management, Routing, Switching,
• Cisco Routers and Switches (Various).
• Citrix NetScaler
• The routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Routed Protocol (TCP / IP).
• Switching protocols (Vlanning, Trunking, EtherChannel, and Spanning Tree).
• Redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP), Load Balancing.
• Network Management Tools (CiscoWorks, HP NNMi, TUFIN, Wireshark and Cacti)
• Basic understanding VMware Workstation, VMware ESX. Familiar with Linux OS,
Windows 7, XP, 98, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of change management
• Cisco VPN 7200 Series Routers, Cisco Catalyst 2960 Series, Cisco Catalyst 3750 Cisco
1800 series routers, Juniper Routers, Kiwi Syslog, Kiwi Syslog, Kiwi Syslog Server,
CatTool, Banking Devices, ATM machines, Vincor Multifunction Machines
Project coordination experience.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and agile practice(s)
Global / multi-national experience
Any technical background as developer, is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, in speaking and writing
Experience in a global retail chains IT enviroment
