What you will be doing…
As an algorithm developer your focus will be on developing and optimizing execution algorithms within the Neonet trading system. The system is distributed and transaction intensive and needs to be optimized for speed and low latency. You will develop new functions and improve existing functionality, working closely with its users. We use C++, with STL and Boost, and develop using Visual Studio on Windows but also use Java, .Net and Ruby in some systems. The trading system is a high-availability system and is modular and scalable.

To become a successful employee at Neonet you have to have a few years professional experience of algorithms and C++ development. As a person you are smart and curious and find it easy to learn new things. We think that your drive makes you want to continuously develop yourself and your team members. An interest in or experience of trading algorithm is a big plus. You need to speak and write English fluently. Finally you should have a university degree.
