A person who is great in writing and have a feeling for the tone of voice and language used in German computer games. You are native in the German language and good at reading English and translating the meaning from English to German.
You will be working with the Entropia Universe and Planet Calypso team to translate the game client from English to German. We have had a translated version earlier, but it has not been maintained and for that reason we need to make a update translation and from that point start to maintain the translation.
English - German translator with a gaming story language experience
You will make a German translation of the English version of the user interface and the story in the game client.
This role will require accuracy, drive and structure. You will be working in close cooperation with game designers and web team.
It is a project employment with an opportunity to work part time with the maintenance of the future updates.
Required skills and experience:
• Experience in computer games, preferably MMO:s and if possible Entropia Universe
• Native in the German language (or as if you were native)
• Good English
• Good at writing stories
