National Sales Manager - Philips Automotive Lighting Sweden
As national sales manager, you will be responsible for the business planning and the Profit and Loss of the Philips Automotive Lighting business in Sweden. Your responsibility will involve all sales
and marketing activities related to car lamps products such as; customer relation management, pricing, distribution structure and promotional activities. You will be part of a North Europe team of 10
people reporting to your manager in The Netherlands. We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial young potential who is interested to invest his future career with Philips.

Key Areas of responsibility:

* Manage the customers within three business fields; Wholesale, Retail and Car manufacturers (OES).
* Defining the short and medium term Business plan.
* Direct responsibility of all Market related activities such as products launches and marcom activities in close cooperation with the Marketing Manager Northern Europe.
* Financial responsibility including turnover from sales, costs and marcom on country level.

Qualifications and skills:

* 3-5 years Sales Experience within Retail, Wholesale, B2B or other similar experience.
* University commercial degree.
* Business oriented with a strong personal Customer Relation Management quality
* Drive for results; entrepreneur
Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and in written.
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English.
* Analytical skills.
