Overview
Reporting into the Managing Director Australia and New Zealand, the National Marketing Manager Australia and New Zealand is responsible for leading the Marketing function and supports the achievement of sales and gross profit targets through the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive business, marketing and promotional strategies. As a senior leader, the National Marketing Manager Australia and New Zealand is expected to coach and mentor the wider Marketing team.






Main Tasks
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Managing the delivery of annual sales and gross profit budgets across the business *Developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan that ensures alignment across our portfolio, brand and defined market opportunities *Driving commercial performance to meet sales and profitability targets and assessing product groups for profit improvement opportunities *Collaborating with sales leaders to facilitate the effective implementation of marketing plans and the execution of sales and marketing processes *Managing the ANZ pricing strategy, including overseeing the design, execution and measurement of pricing strategy effectiveness *Maintaining open communication and liaising with key internal and Global functions *Supporting the use of a Marketing Competency model *Sponsoring the regulatory compliance process for the ANZ business

Key Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of self-drive, a positive attitude and a collaborative approach to their work, whilst also representing our global business values of courage, commitment, collaboration and care. To be considered for this role, you will possess: *Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the medical devices and health services industry as a senior leader *Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills *Good understanding of the Australian/New Zealand healthcare environment *Demonstrated knowledge of disease state management *Demonstrated understanding of the role of Marketing in creating customer value
