We are looking for several engaged shipping professionals to join our Customer Service team in Gothenburg.
You should have some experience from shipping or forwarding company, preferably from a customer service role. You are a proactive and service-minded problem solver and can demonstrate experience from direct customer contact. You should have excellent communication skills and good work structure. You work well in a team and also deliver on individual goals in constantly changing environment. Multitasking and delivering under pressure is motivating for you.
You communicate fluently in English and a Swedish language, both in speaking and writing. You are familiar with industry terminology and have good command of MS Office.
