Then Adecco has an assignment for you as a Senior Buyer within Marketing Services Nordic, Procurement, during a maternity leave! Mondelez International is based in Upplands Väsby and the assignment is for 12-18 months!

Every great recipe or marketing idea needs the perfect ingredients. And when you're making as many delicious products as we do at Mondelez International , getting supplies is a big responsibility. That falls to Procurement and quite simply, Procurement get hold of everything we need. They know exactly where and how to get the best value for money. And they never stop finding even smarter ways to spend our money.
Now we're looking for our new Senior Buyer within Marketing Services Nordics, during a maternity leave! In this position you'll have the chance to be independently driving and implementing our marketing procurement strategy and controlling the companies cost and risk in order to drive brand growth. You will be working in an exciting area under transformation implementing industry leading strategies, liaising very closely with Sales and Marketing. The position offers autonomy, geographical responsibility and it's a great career development opportunity. Are you up for the challenge?
What will you do in this position?
Have an important role in the implementation of the 3 year marketing procurement strategy across NordicContribute to and influence new strategiesBe a key player in aligning the internal stakeholders behind a strategy to deliver savings to the business and drive brand growthPeople Management and talent development of the Nordic Marketing Procurement teamWork as part of the wider Northern Europe Marketing Procurement teamDrive/Support regional productivity projects that ensure delivery against agreed financial targetsLead key contract development / bidding / negotiations, ensuring achievements of agreed targets and full compliance with Procurement procedures and policiesLead the local Marketing Service Procurement meeting
What we want from you?
Related business experience. Ideally from a role where you have been exposed to sales/marketing and worked with suppliers or customers You are fluent in English and preferably speak one of the Nordic languagesYou have the ability to present yourself professionally and crediblyYou have an interest in leading and developing othersYou have strong networking skills and the ability to communicate with and influence people at different levels of the organization
