Milling Operator
As Milling Operator with Geely Design you will be a part of a creative and dynamic team working with an exciting range of new products. In your role you will work in a team responsible for Clay and Soft Foam milling. You will play an important role when it comes to the delivery of our projects such as assuring the right quality with proper skill sets and equipment.
Responsibilities and tasks
Plan and operate the Clay milling machines in the design studio
Define work flow, work process and prerequisites to build an efficient, highly productive team
Define tools software/hardware to be used
Identify and execute efficiency and effectiveness improvements
Develop new work methods to enhance model quality and timing
Accountable for planning and monitoring all milling
Requirements
Extensive and wide experience from prototype and clay milling work for the automotive industry, minimum 10 years' experience from milling
A very good understanding and knowledge of design work
Technical university or equivalent, solid working experience from automotive industry is required
English fluent, both verbally and written.

Structured, methodical and analytical with good planning skills
