Stora Enso Paper Kvarnsveden, which is a part of Division Paper, is a modern Paper Mill located at Dalälven in Borlänge. The mill was founded 1900 and its three current paper machines produce uncoated magazine paper and improved newsprint. Total product capacity is 750 000 tons per year.
Description
Stora Enso Paper Kvarnsveden is looking for a Mill Controller with responsibility for Controlling department at Kvarnsveden Mill, since the current position holder will move to new challenges.
We offer the challenge to a person who can support taking Kvarnsveden Mill to the next level as well as contributing to the development of Controlling within Kvarnsveden Mill and Paper Division.
As a Mill Controller you are having overall responsibility of the mill's financial matters and mill business controlling tasks such as:
* Monthly closing and rolling forecasting process, financial framework for mill (target setting, action plans, KPIs), internal controls process
* Setting up instructions and controls, follow up of quality and timelines
* Assigned Paper Division level responsibilities case by case
* Managing and developing the Controller team and its processes
* As a part of the Kvarnsveden management team driving change and enhancing performance at the mill
* Mill Controller reports to Mill Director
Requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent related studies.
• Good knowledge of mill controlling activities and content as well as mill business processes, with several years' experience of business controlling preferably within industrial operations.
• Understanding of fundamental financial principles (including IFRS).
• Good knowledge in analysis and simulation and supporting business in implementation.
• Strong interest in process and tool development.
• Good knowledge of common IT-tools, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion tools.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Good co-operation skills, being a good team player.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and result orientated with a business minded attitude.
• Responsible and with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
As Mill Controller you are a part of the management team and will report to the Mill Director at Kvarnsveden Mill and also to Paper Division segment controller.
