The role
As a Microsoft 365 Specialist, you love working with the user experience of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will belong to the IT Workplace team whose focus is to enable a secure growth journey and digital collaboration. In this role, you will play a key role in our user adoption of our Microsoft 365 solutions. You will step directly into an exciting ongoing transformation of our way of handling devices, identities, and apps with Microsoft 365. Your role will be to maintain and develop our Microsoft 365 solution to ensure a modern, secure workplace service.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Work with our Microsoft 365 solution incl ADFS/ADConnect, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot
• Deliver service and support to our internal business users by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and answering technical questions regarding Microsoft 365 apps
• Work closely with our outsourcing partner in Microsoft 365-related projects and changes
• Investigate when new features are released from Microsoft and how they impact our services to manage prioritizations of the Microsoft roadmap
• Work with user adoption of Microsoft 365 products throughout our organization to increase user productivity
• Support incident management process with regard to IT incidents
• Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures and identify future opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace services
What we're looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that's why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you'll have at least some experience in the following:

2 years of experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience from user adoption within Microsoft 365
• Relevant education in IT
