Job summary
The Transformation organisation's role is to support the delivery of Strategy 2030 working closely with our business partners and the Strategic Programmes.
We are now looking for a METHODS AND TOOLS EXPERT who will be responsible to develop and establish our Transformation Model to support our business transformation needs. You will report to the Director, Transformation and Business Architecture.
The position is permanent with a preferred location of Lund or Modena.
What you will do
We already have a high-level Transformation Model, but we need to add substance to the model to ensure we support the different requirements for our stakeholders when driving different aspects of transformation.
Main responsibilities:
• Build, maintain and improve our Transformation Model
• Development of our BT Process together with the Process Office
• Develop solutions to fill the current gaps in our Transformation Model offering and continuously drive improvements and best practices
• Support communication to relevant stakeholders and support via coaching when necessary
• Support Transformation business partners in finding the right solutions to Strategic Programme challenges
We believe you have
You have a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. We believe you have at least 5 years of experience in a change management orientated role with varied stakeholder level interaction. You have a very good command in English, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with basic Swedish is an advantage.
You should have a good understanding of what it takes to drive change, with the energy and passion to create something new. You are persistent, willing to challenge the status quo and should not be afraid to test new things. You have strong communication skills, and building relationships is something that comes naturally, then you could be exactly what we are looking for. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the role, nobody is perfect.
