The program will result in new processes and ways of working for parts of the supply chain, as well as for finance and controlling.
We are currently looking for a Method Responsible who can provide support to team members in efficient ways of working. At the same time you will improve our working methods and harvest experiences to enhance our general development framework.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Method responsible comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Daily assistance with coordination and support in ways of working for team members including methods, working processes, tools and templates
• Contribute to development of methods for the program (i.e. roll out, handover to maintenance)
• Single point of contact regarding guidelines and support issues for tools usage, and responsible for involving other specialists from the organization when needed
• Drive the work to define long term deliverables and documentation required to roll out and support the solution
• Prepare and hold training sessions in ways of working for the program
• Manage the project to transfer documentation from shared folders to MS Sharepoint
• Run Method co-ordination forum meetings
• Involved in further enhancement of our development framework based on experiences from implementation of ERP systems
• Harvest experiences and lessons learned from the program
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Have general knowledge of project, roll out and maintenance management
• Have general knowledge in document and issue handling systems (e.g. Sharepoint and JIRA)
• Have general knowledge of development methods, such as Agile and Iterative methods
• Have experience in planning, preparing and conducting training sessions
• Are passionate about conveying knowledge of methods in a pedagogical way
• Are capable of driving own initiatives independently
• Have deep experience in MS power point
• Are good at English, both verbally and in writing
• Have ERP (preferably SAP) experience
