We are now looking for a creative and driven merchandising developer manager to our Store planning and merchandising department at our head office in Insjön.
As merchandising developer manager at Clas Ohlson you will be responsible for managing, documenting and developing our merchandising concept, including lay-out and range presentation, in order to maximize commerciality, inspiration and sales in supporting the overall objective of becoming the number one destination in solving everyday day problem solver.
This is a temporary employment during one year, starting in January.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of relevant education within retail and/or marketing/communication combined with several years of work experience within marketing/communication and/or store communication/merchandising in a central organization.
This role requires good leadership skills, ability to work on both strategic and tactical level and a creative ability to turn a "what" needs to be done into a "how". You follow trends and development within the area, have passion and interest of the market and like to share knowledge and experience with other co-workers within the organisation. Furthermore, we want you to have good network and communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with other departments within the company.
Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required for this position.
