We are now looking for a consultant for company in the pharmaceutical industry for the position of Meetings and Congress Team Associate in Sales. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in the pharmaceutical industry for a long-term assignment starting immediately. The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for at least one year initially. The placement is at the office in Stockholm, with most of your colleagues located in the UK. Travel to the office in the UK will occur at the beginning of the assignment.

About the position
The company Hub in Northern Europe is poised for substantial growth through the launch of new products this year, leading to the creation of this role. Comprising the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, the Northern Europe Hub's objective is to provide exceptional support to the bustling Local Customer Meetings and Congress Team (LMC), with a primary focus on Sales Force meetings across all countries. This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong customer focus, emphasizing their ability to support the companys vision of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
• Act as the primary contact for sales force meeting owners and managers across all Nordic countries.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support and oversight for various types of sales force meetings to ensure strict compliance.
• Take responsibility for representing and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Possess expertise in Northern Europe Hub meeting processes and the Mercury meeting system, covering validation, activation, contracting, and transparency requirements. Provide coaching to Sales teams for entering compliant meetings in the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with the Cork contracting team to oversee the contracting of Service Providers and the payment process.
• Given the high-risk nature of customer meetings in the Lilly business, the Associate is required to become an expert in relevant global/local policies and procedures.
• Establish and nurture internal partnerships with various functions within and outside the hub.
• Monitor and disseminate data on volumes and errors to Sales directors and managers.
• Be responsive to audit, quality, and compliance requests.
• Support the business by sharing pertinent information, offering guidance and coaching, and addressing queries.

Your profile
Previous Experience:
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experienced with Pharma industry and Codes of practice including TOV as well as meetings processes.
• Customer Focused experience including self-management of priority setting, whilst working calmly under pressure in a very busy team environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build good rapport with customers virtually.
• High energy, drive and enthusiasm to deliver excellent results.
• Ideally experience in a Salesforce platform or equivalent.
